Our Mission

Libby Revitalization, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to revitalizing Libby's Business District also known as Mineral and California Avenues. The organization's mission is to help plan and direct activities to preserve, develop and enhance the economic, social and cultural quality of life in the Libby area, specifically downtown.

Our Structure

LRI works through its four standing committees.  These committees help to make the Main Street Program in Libby run smoothly and operate according to the guidelines set forth by the Main Street Program.  Please take time to visit each Committees webpage.  If you would like more information please email us.  These committees are as follows:

(Design, Economic Restructuring, Organization and Promotion), each with a distinct but complementary work plan geared towards strengthening the economic base, improving the image and marketing the district. The program maintains an office with one staff member in the heart of the district, which serves as headquarters for over 50 volunteers.

Libby Revitalization, Inc is based upon the model developed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Main Street Center and is part of a network of 1,600 programs nationwide that share strategies and tactics.
